Creating Material

Before sending us your files, follow our guidelines to ensure your material is accurate:

• See Handbook Page Guidelines for specifications and acceptable material. Download our Microsoft® Word Template (DOC) and Calendar Template (PDF) for accurate sizes and margins. You must keep all handbook pages in one document. Do not create and submit multiple handbook page files.
• See Custom Cover Design for specifications and a template.
• See Artwork Guidelines for acceptable mascots and photos.
  

Submitting Material

Once you have created your material using the guidelines above, install our software. Our easy-to-use software will check your file content and embed your fonts and artwork to eliminate errors. Download the software below for the appropriate operating system.

After installation, just follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Open your document, go to “Print,” and choose School Mate PDF Creator 2.0 as your printer. Click “Print.”

2. You will see a preview of your file. Check the preview carefully for errors.

3. If the preview looks accurate, click "Accept" to send your file directly to our server.
