Handbook Pages
Only available for Custom Dated Student Agendas®.
If you want to provide your school’s rules, just add them to your Student Agendas.® Add any number of pages, including maps, activity calendars, and more!

Note: One page is one side of a sheet of paper. Count all pages, including blank pages.
Sample Handbook Page
All page elements (text, headers, footers, artwork, and page numbers) must be contained within the yellow area on templates.
Acceptable
- Pages must be typed the way you want them to appear. We will NOT proofread, edit, or make alterations. Pages must be ready to print.
- Create pages by downloading our Microsoft® Word template for the Custom Dated Agendas (DOC). Keep all text within margins and center page numbers as shown.
- If you want to add your school calendar to your handbook pages, you may use our calendar template (PDF).
- Artwork (mascots, maps, charts, calendars, etc.) must ONLY be line drawings in black ink on white paper. Scan at 600 dpi and save as a TIFF file. See Artwork Guidelines for more details.
NOT Acceptable
- Page elements outside the page margins. If we reduce the pages to fit, we will not be responsible for hard to read type or undesirable results. Set the footer at 1.5", or page numbers may get trimmed off.
- Pages with colored type or paper, printed on a color or dot-matrix printer, or printed on both sides of a sheet of paper.
- Pages with incorrect dates or corrections.
- Artwork or text with staples, tape, glue, rips, or smudges on it.
- See Artwork Guidelines for material that is NOT acceptable.
If mailing a hard copy: Mail laser printed pages on white paper, printed on one side. Send flat and protected. Do NOT fax pages.
If sending a digital file: Submit material online as this process embeds fonts and uploads your files to us. Fonts MUST be embedded.
Pages Not Press-Ready
We can typeset your pages for $25/page. Text will be typeset in 9-pt. Helvetica. Please allow 45 business days (9 weeks) for production if we typeset your pages.
Follow the instructions below:
- Send typed pages to eliminate errors and confusion.
- Use the same paper size for all pages. We prefer all pages on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets.
- Submit handbook pages the way you want them typeset. Do not abbreviate words you want spelled out.
- Handbook pages entered on a word processor can be submitted as printouts.
- Submit original pages or a clear copy. Keep a backup copy of your pages in case we call with questions.
- If corrections need to be made, write directly on the page in red ink or list changes on a separate sheet of paper.
- Write the page number on the top right-hand corner and submit the pages in that order (e.g., if there are 20 handbook pages, number each page from 1 to 20).
- Missing material, incomplete material, or failure to follow these instructions will delay production.
- Note: If changes are needed to pages we typeset in prior years, typesetting fees will apply.
